Soma Healing Center warmly invites parents to participate in our free weekly parent support group this Friday from 8:30-10 p.m. MT via Zoom. We will be offering suggestions and support for navigating this time as a family and guiding parents in rituals for self-care and grounded support for children. In addition, we are offering online support for families by providing teleconferences and consultations via Zoom. We are helping families set up routines and the home environment as well as use acoustic and sensory integration-based interventions in the home. We provide support with cultivating cues for safety to help regulate everyone’s nervous system and find a flow that feels supportive for your family. We welcome you to participate in whatever capacity feels most useful for you, and we look forward to holding and serving our community with warmth and compassion.
